Retreat days are a great way to get away from the every day routine and unwind. You explore the interweaving of yoga poses, guided meditation and mandala painting. A delicious lunch is always included. Simply being in the forest surrounds is a magnificent healing effect. "I lead a busy life, a large percentage of my time is spent caring for others, animals and the land. This retreat came at a time when I was so much in need of some self-care and re balancing of the flows. I have attended two retreats now, both were delightful! The latest being the Winter Wellness Retreat. The day provided an exquisite experience exploring the being of wellness; through yoga and the nurturing bliss and pampering that Brahmini so freely gives. The Ayurveda wisdom of wellness was provided by Dr Ram and the very beautiful and healing Sound Shower Meditation by Karen had me float home on a cloud. Brahmini cooked the most amazing feast of food that made me feel warm, nourished and loved, sharing food with likeminded souls, creating new and beautiful connections.
