About Svaroopa® Yoga

Svaroopa® (swa-roo-pah) yoga is a different and powerful style of yoga – the gentle, therapeutic, blissful and supported poses allow profound healing on all levels. Svaroopa® yoga is a unique approach releasing deep tensions in your spine working from your tailbone and upwards through the length of your entire spine - we call this ‘core opening’. By using specific alignments and propping your body with blankets and blocks the poses enable you to become more open and flexible.

Each class includes a guided awareness and relaxation, breathing and yoga poses. Svaroopa® yoga is therapeutic and is suitable for ANY body and all levels of experience from the complete beginner to the long-term yoga practitioner.
