Service Description

Take a break form the every day routine and devote this day to discover the magic within you as you experience the interweaving of asana(poses) Philosophy, (yoga story telling) Chanting, guided meditation & mandala painting. Providing nourishment for your body mind and soul. At this yoga class and retreat, you will have the chance to take a break from your everyday routine and discover the magic within you. Throughout the day, you will explore the interweaving of colouring, mindfulness, gentle yoga asana (poses), self-care and wholesome food. No experience is necessary and the morning beginner yoga class, which includes guided body awareness and healing breathing practice, is very gentle. Following the yoga, your teacher will take you through a guided meditation that leads you into space to share, journal and set intentions. Then, you'll enjoy a delicious vegetarian lunch. In the afternoon, get into your creative zone with a Mandala painting class. This quiet, relaxing process is full of fun and colour. An outline is prepared on a ready-to-hang wall plaque in advance, so don't worry if you don't have any experience or don't consider yourself artistic. Your teacher will show you layering techniques to create your own unique Mandala. Throughout the day, you will be nourishing your body, soul, and mind. You will head home feeling blissful and refreshed, with your completed Mandala painting ready to hang somewhere special in your home.
